These terms apply to everyone who uses QuizCrowd, which is operated by QuizCrowd. By using the site you agree to them.

Quizzes are for fun

Personality quiz results are entertainment. They are not psychological, medical, financial or any other professional advice.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact form.

Content you create

You keep ownership of the quizzes, text and images you create. By publishing on QuizCrowd you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and share that content, including in share images and on social media, for as long as it is on the site.

You must only upload content that you have the right to use. Don't post content that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit;
• targets or makes fun of real private individuals;
• infringes someone else's copyright or trademark;
• is spam, misleading, or links to malicious sites.

Moderation

New quizzes are reviewed before they are published. We may reject, unpublish or remove any content, and suspend accounts that break these terms. If you think content on the site breaks the rules, use the report button on the quiz or the contact form.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on QuizCrowd infringes your copyright, contact us with a link to the content and details of your work, and we will review it promptly.

Ads

QuizCrowd is free and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using QuizCrowd after a change, the updated terms apply.
